Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time Remote + In-Home

Lead and supervise ABA therapy programs for children with autism. Design individualized treatment plans, provide clinical oversight, train and mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families.

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Full-Time / Part-Time In-Home

Work one-on-one with children to implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision. Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills in a supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • RBT certification or willingness to obtain (we provide training!)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Passion for working with children
  • Reliable transportation for in-home visits

Full-Time Hybrid

Support BCBAs in program implementation and RBT supervision. Assist with assessments, data collection, and family training while working toward BCBA certification.

Requirements:

  • BCaBA certification or progress toward BCBA

  • Experience in ABA therapy settings
  • Strong organizational and mentoring abilities
